1. Business-to-Business Sales Only

All purchases made under these B2B Terms & Conditions are strictly intended for business customers, including retailers, wholesalers, resellers, and other professional buyers acting in the course of their business activities.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the purchase is made for business purposes and not as a consumer.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

All orders placed by business customers are considered final and binding once accepted by the seller.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

All B2B sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for correctly supplied, non-defective products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect selection of sizes, colours, styles, or quantities by the buyer.

• Unsold stock or excess inventory.

• Changes in customer preferences or business requirements.

• Products that do not meet the buyer's sales expectations.

• Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing all product details, sizes, colours, quantities, and order information before completing a purchase.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been accepted by MODEST BRIDAL WEAR, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the buyer without the seller's prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

MODEST BRIDAL WEAR reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests.

5. Inspection of Goods and Complaints

The buyer is responsible for inspecting all delivered clothing items promptly upon receipt.

Any visible defects, damaged items, incorrect products, or discrepancies in quantities must be reported to MODEST BRIDAL WEAR in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

All complaints must include:

• The order number.

• A clear description of the issue.

• Supporting photographs, where applicable.

Failure to report an issue within a reasonable period may affect the buyer's ability to make a claim, subject to applicable law.

6. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

The no-returns and no-exchanges policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Where a valid claim concerns defective goods or an incorrect delivery attributable to the seller, the seller will assess the complaint and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the agreed contractual terms.

7. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the seller's sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability or other rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a B2B order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the strict no-returns, no-exchanges, and no-cancellations policy, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property & Image Usage

All product photographs, campaign images, videos, graphics, logos, website content, and other visual or creative materials provided or published by MODEST BRIDAL WEAR remain the intellectual property of MODEST BRIDAL WEAR or its respective rights holders.

The Buyer is strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, or using any of the MODEST BRIDAL WEAR's visual materials for commercial, promotional, or personal purposes without the MODEST BRIDAL WEAR's prior written consent.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to, the use of images and other visual materials on websites, online marketplaces, social media platforms, advertisements, catalogues, and other marketing or sales channels.

Purchasing products from MODEST BRIDAL WEAR does not grant the Buyer any licence or right to use the photographs, videos, branding, or other intellectual property.

Any unauthorized use of the seller's intellectual property may result in legal action, including requests for removal of the materials and claims for damages, where permitted by applicable law.

Any exceptions must be expressly approved in writing by the MODEST BRIDAL WEAR.
