Shipping policy

 

ORDERS 

Once an order is placed, the shipping address or other details cannot be changed as we promptly initiate the processing and transfer the order to the carrier. You will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your package. Please note, tracking information may not be available until the next working day after the carrier has processed your order.

A maximum of 2 dresses per order is allowed.

 

SHIPPING

Our collection is selectively crafted and available for immediate dispatch, offering fast delivery to various regions.

We ship worldwide by local post service PostNL. Once the shipment has arrived your country it will be taken over by the local post service of your region. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

The price will be calculated at checkout, once you have entered your address. Based on your location, the website will calculate the price of shipping at checkout.

 

DELIVERY

We ship from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. The approximate delivery time differs per country. See below for an indication of the delivery time. 

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to several other factors including SALES, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

 

CUSTOM DUTIES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Orders shipped outside the European Union may need to pay tax to the customs depending on the country. We do not include the tax in the sale at the checkout. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these amounts will be necessary for your order to be released from the customs. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. It is the customers responsibility to contact the customs about the payment of these fees and the delivery. We cannot inform you about the amount of the tax and duties.
