Europe returns: 

If you are not totally satisfied with your MODEST BRIDAL WEAR purchase, you can return your order within 14 days.All purchases must be returned in its original condition, with all attached labels, in the original bag and free from stains or smell. MODEST BRIDAL WEAR has the right to reject returns that are returned outside the return period or items that are not received in their original condition. 

Return conditions:

Items must be returned neatly folded, in original condition, with all packaging and tags attached.

 All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions below. 

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn or shows signs of use.
• The dress has been tried on on an unclean surface. Dresses must always be tried on a clean surface.
• The bottom of the dress shows dirt, stains, dust, sand, or hair.
• The item contains makeup stains, sweat marks, deodorant marks, or other visible stains.
• The item has strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
• Original hangtags are missing, removed, or damaged.
• The item has been altered or modified in any way.
• The item is not placed in its original bag and original packaging.
• The return is sent outside the specified return period.

If a return does not meet these conditions, it may be refused and sent back to the customer. In such cases, any additional shipping costs will be at the customer's expence.

How to Return:

To request a return, please send an email to info@modestbridalwear.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive an email with return instructions within 24-48hours. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. In the return instruction email, you will also receive a payment link to pay for the return shipping costs. 

Processing Your Return:

Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our quality inspection, your refund will be processed. Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 working days after we receive the item, depending on your payment method.

International returns: 

Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on international orders outside the European Union.
