RETURNS

Europe returns:

- If you are not totally satisfied with your MODEST BRIDAL WEAR purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the original date of purchase. All purchases must be returned in its original condition, with all attached labels, in the original bag and free from stains or smell. MODEST BRIDAL WEAR has the right to reject returns that are returned outside the return period or items that are not received in their original condition.

To request an return please send an email to info@modestbridalwear.com. You will receive an email with return instructions. Return requests will be handled within 24-48 hours. We do not cover the shipping cost back to us. In the email you will receive also a payment link to pay for the shipping costs back to us. Please note that refunds are processed once we have received the product and usually takes between 5-10 working days depending on the payment method.
